It got me excited then when I saw the hosting pricing and the hosting provider I got disappointed. AWS, not a good choice, they are expensive and for my clients I was going to start building on Webflow, until I saw the hosting prices, it's a bit expensive and AWS, please why???

First, style localization and customizable element visibility shouldn’t be available only for enterprise clients. And second, how do essential stuff, like asset localization, localized URLs and automatic visitor routing, triple the price? To make things even worse, it’s charged per every locale! Sorry, but it’s ridiculous. I love Webflow, but the Localization add-on is just not it.

Need shareable preview links for collection items saved as a draft. Staging is not an option as we publish several time a day. I’m currently taking screenshots to send out for approval. Not very efficient 😂

When will you enable the CMS plan user to do file uploads in forms? This would be a massive advantage to sending CMS data using logic and make logic compatible with images and not having to use third parties like air table or file upload third parties.

It's been 7 years since the CMS slider and CMS native filter/sorting for blogs requests were added to the Webflow Blog Request list, 7 Years, and we get the first mention of it today. Hopefully we see something like that see the light of day soon, along with CMS custom order and Class merging.

Wonderful stuff, but still, no multi-selection in the navigator or the canvas. Would be great to perform a bulk operation on multiple items. Also, showing the item's classes in the navigator would be super useful ; do it in a separate column and allow the list to be filtered/sorted by class. Lastly, we need a proper table (aka 'grid') component in Webflow. And while we're at it, I should be able to import a library of 3rd party components (like Material Design) in my workspace. One thing that's beyond ripe for a major upgrade is your Interactions stuff : It is beyond tedious to use -> toggle states should be baked in , as should be conditional states ("do this if that condition is met ; else do that"), as well as swapping style class. The saved animations all live in this unwieldy scrolling list. This is not how this whole thing should be designed. Show the interaction name in an additional column in the navigator ; allow drag and drop of interactions and source/target... so much could be done. Ask seasoned motion graphics animators how this should be done.

Now in April 2024 & at 15mins 33 sec you unlink the project details to remove the 20px margin. Unfortunaly the UI has change and can no longer unlink from the project description cog. Can anyone help please. Thank you.

Y'all need to make it so that when you edit a single page, you can publish just that page's updates to the live site like you can with a CMS page. Some of my websites are large and take a while to publish when I make small tweaks. it would be nice if that could be speed up by allowing for single page publishing or make only publish changes made, not the whole site. Thanks!

There's a couple of problems with what Webflow has done: The first is that in the 'Webflow Settings page under plans Webflow has included 'Localization' in the plans, the try for free and pay only when ready to publish info only comes up if you hover the info icon, so basically Webflow is being misleading and not clear enough when advertising this, it basically looks as if it's included in the plan already. To be transparent you'd need to CLEARLY say that it's $9 per locale. The ad ons box is only visible on a laptop if you scroll further down the page. The second is that Webflow have made the cost of this prohibitive, ie my clients who were initially interested in it balk at having to pay $9 per location, per month. I'd be-able to on sell this if Webflow had a fixed $9 price which included 3 locales, but my clients have said it's too much (these are all successful businesses too). So unfortunately nice idea, but you've priced this way too high, bring down the price and maybe I can on-sell this for Webflow.
